Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. The shipping fee will be charged along with the purchase amount.
The rates are categorized as follows:
Weight-Based Nationwide Shipping:
· Small Item: 250 Rs
· Medium Item: 380 Rs
· Large Item: 500 Rs
These rates are final and will be applied as the shipping cost to the customer.
If a customer chooses free delivery or the "allow to open" offer, the delivery fee will be adjusted accordingly in case of a return.
Order Processing Time:
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you in such cases.
Shipment Tracking:
We provide order tracking facilities for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation call/email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can visit shipping provider and enter the tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse to accept it from the courier if possible and notify our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, kindly reach out to customer service for further instructions.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within Pakistan only and do not offer international shipping. Additionally, please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery purposes.
